On Sept 5, 2008 accompanied by member of standing committee of Shandong Province and secretary of Jinan CPC Committee Yan Rongzhu, vice chairman of CPPCC and minister of Science and Technology Wan Gang investigated in Sinotruck Zhangqiu Industrial Park.  Secretary of CPC Committee and chairman of the board of Sinotruck Ma Chunji, President Cai Dong, and chief engineer Wang Shanpo accompanied Wan Gang for the investigation.
