In the afternoon of Mar 13, Jinan Railway Station surrounded by flowers and jubilant, Jinan NPC Member delegation who participated the Second Conference of the 11^th Session returned with honors. Once NPC Member Ma Chunji got off the compartment, he was warmly welcomed by leaders from Sinotruk Group, Ma warmly greeted leaders including Cai Dong, Wang Donghui, Liu Rongjie and Li Guoxian etc. who came to welcome him.
